How To Use Family Tree Wisely

Formerly:  How To Use New FamilySearch Correctly

by George W. Scott
Family Tree replaced New FamilySearch in December 2013.  New FamilySearch is now a read-only site; that means it is there for reference purposes only--you are not able to make any changes in New FamilySearch any more.  New FamilySearch will remain as a read-only site until the end of 2014 and then is scheduled to be closed down entirely. You need to do Steps 5 and 6 of Chapter G of my manual before New FamilySearch closes down entirely.
This website contains the manual "How To Use Family Tree Wisely."  It is 100 pages, in PDF format.  It can be used by an individual or as a teacher's manual.  You can download it for free.  To view, print, or save it, click: FamilyTree.pdf
Stevenson's Genealogy Center in Provo sells printed copies of the manual.  Their phone is (801) 374-9600, extension 2.
